No. 384. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 3 (1) of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, to appoint the following persons to be Public Vaccinators, with effect from 4th May, 1939.

ORDINANCE No. 35 of 1935. (DANGEROUS DRUGS).

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 20 of the regulations made under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935, and published as G.N. No. 971 of 1935, and of all other powers him enabling the Super- intendent of Imports and Exports hereby rescinds Condition 17 annexed to the exemptions from the operation of the said regulations granted to certain institutions as published in G.N. No. 18 of 1939, and substitutes the following:

Amerdment.

17. Nothing in these conditions shall affect any medicine or other substance to which the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance and the regulations made thereunder do not apply.
