Amendment made by the Governor in Council under section 15 of the Wild Birds Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 15 of 1922, to the regulations in the Schedule to that Ordinance, dated 18th March, 1939.

4. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee

(No. 2), dated 23rd March, 1939, and moved its adoption.

5. Incitement to Disaffection Bill.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to make better provision for the prevention and punishment of endeavours to seduce members of His Majesty's forces, or any member of any local Naval, Military or Police force, corps or reserve, from their duty, or from their allegiance to His Majesty." The Colonial Secretary seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Council in Committee on the Bill.

On Council resuming, the Attorney General reported that the Bill had passed through Committee without amendment, and moved that it be read a third time.

6. Supreme Court and Full Court Ordinances Amendment Bill. The Attorney

General moved the Second reading of a Bill intituled

An Ordinance to

amend the law relating to the professional qualifications required in the case of Judges of the Supreme Court and Full Court."

The Colonial Secretary seconded.
