It is hereby notified that the International Agreements for dispensing with Bills of Health and Consular Visas on Bills of Health, which were signed at Paris on the 22nd of December, 1934, apply to the Colony of Hong Kong as from the 28th of February, 1939. A copy of the Agreements may be inspected at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEER).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after consultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, amends the First Schedule to the Ordinance as follows:-
Amendment.
The First Appendix to the First Schedule is amended by the insertion in the last line of paragraph 12 thereof immediately after the word Appendix" and before the full stop of the words or has been exempted therefrom by the Commandant, with the approval of the General Officer Com- manding the Troops ".
