ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEER).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after con- sultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, amends the First Schedule to the Ordinance as amended by Government Notification No. 742 of the 22nd October, 1937, as follows:-
Amendment.
Delete regulation 3 (1) in the First Schedule as enacted by Government Notification No. 742 of 1937 and sub- stitute-
(1) The Corps shall consist of the following units, auxiliary unit and affiliated unit:-
Corps Units.
(a) Corps Headquarters.
(b) 1st Battery.
(c) 2nd Battery.
(d) 3rd Battery.
(e) Defence Electric Light Section.
(f) Beach Light Company.
(g) Demolition and Works Company. (h) Corps Signals.
(1) Armoured Car Platoon
() Motor Machine Gun Platoonf
(k) No. 1 Machine Gun Company.
Mobile Column.
(1) No. 2 Machine Gun Company (Scottish).
(m) No. 3 Machine Gun Company.
(n) No. 4 Machine Gun Company (Chinese).
(0) No. 5 Machine Gun Company (Portuguese). (p) Anti-Aircraft Company (Portuguese).
(q) Air Arm.
(r) Army Service Corps Company.
(s) Field Ambulance.
(t) Pay Section.
(u) Reserve of Officers.
Auxiliary Unit.
(v) Railway Operating Detachment Cadre.
Affiliated Unit.
(w) Nursing Detachment.
