15. No internee shall be allowed outside the Camps without a pass signed by the Camp Controller and passes for internees to remain outside the Camp between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. shall only be granted in special circum- stances which must be reported by the Camp Controller to the Director of Medical Services. Passes will not be issued to internees in Camps in the New Territories except in connexion with their repatriation.

2. In the case of visas granted to nationals of those countries which charge British subjects visa fees in excess of those quoted above, reciprocal charges will be enforced, converted, until further notice, at the following fixed rates of exchange :-
Hong Kong $0.80=1 shilling (sterling) Hong Kong $1.40-1 shilling (gold) Hong Kong $3.50 U.S. $1.
Hong Kong $1.10-1 franc (gold)
3. Particulars concerning the fees charged in any particular case may be obtained on application at the Passport Office, Chung Tin Building, Des Voeux Road Central.
