With reference to Government Notification No. 974 published in the Gazette of the 16th December, 1938, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Mr. CHAU TSUN-NIN, C.B.E. (F) to be a Member of the Medical Committee, Tung Wah Hospitals, during the absence on leave of Dr. LI SHU-FAN (), with effect from 15th April, 1939.

No. 320.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Sir VANDELEUR MOLYNEUX GRAYBURN, Kt., and Mr. PHILIP STANLEY CASSIDY as Members of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 9th April, 1939.

No. 321.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. LI TSE-FONG as a Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 23rd April, 1939.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. WALTER HEATHCOTE LOCK as a Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a period of three years, with effect from 16th April, 1939.

No. 323.-lis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section. 6 of Ordinance No. 7 of 1935, Mr. CYRIL CHAMPKIN to be a Member of the Urban Council during the absence from the Colony of Mr. LEONARD CHARLES FENTON BELLAMY, M.C., with effect from 14th April, 1939.
