No. 296.-Pursuant to section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, His Excellency the Governor hereby orders the following monies which have remained unclaimed for more than five years with the Registrar of Trade Marks to be transferred to the General Revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisions con- tained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.
