EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

Hong Kong.

ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the ferry named hereunder is excluded from the operation of that Ordinance so long as-

(1) no exclusive and conflicting licence is granted under the said Ordinance; and

(2) only one launch or motor boat is employed as a ferry provided that one junk may also be towed by such launch or motor boat from Aberdeen to Vietoria and from Victoria to Aberdeen; and

(3) the ferry adheres to a schedule approved by the Harbour Master: and

to

(4) all directions given by the Harbour Master as terminal and intermediate (if any) places or ports of call are complied with; and

(5) only vessels licensed and approved for the purpose by the Harbour Master are employed; and

aire

(6) the fares and charges at any time taken and made approved by the Harbour Master,

EXCLUDED FERRY.

The Ferry of Li Kwok Kin and Keung Hung plying between Aberdeen and Victoria.
