ORDINANCE No. 6 of 1887.
In pursuance of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) of the Jury Ordinance No. 6 of 1887, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to order that the Jury Lists published under Government Notification No. 233 of 1939. shall be brought into use on the 1st day April, 1939.

ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 (2) (a) of the Telecommunication Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council makes the following regulations--
1. The rates per word prescribed for the transmission of messages by wireless to ships or aircraft registered in the United Kingdom or Hong Kong shall be-
(1) for messages handed in at the Government radio offices in the Colony destined for
(a) ships
(b) aircraft
35 cents Hong Kong currency

(2) for messages received by wireless or telegraph for retransmission to ships or aircraft from—
(a) Cape D'Aguilar..
(b) Kai Tak..
5 pence sterling

2. The rates per word prescribed for the transmission of messages by wireless to ships or aircraft not registered in the United Kingdom or Hong Kong shall be-
(1) for messages handed in at the Government radio offices in the Colony destined for --
55 cents Hong Kong currency
(a) ships (b) aircraft
