An Ordinance to amend the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1959.

2. The Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935, is amended by Addition of the insertion of the following new section after section 18 thereof:

18A to Ordinance No. 35 of 1935.

18A. All fines under this Ordinance, and any bail in Disposal of respect of any charge under this Ordinance, which may be fines and estreated by the Court or a magistrate, shall be paid into a bail. special account and may be disposed of as the Governor may direct.
