EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1926. (POST OFFICE).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, and of all other powers him enabling, the Governor in Council makes the following amend- ments to the rates of postage in Class H-Insured Boxes published as G.N. 657 in the Gazette of the 26th August, 1938, with effect from the 1st March, 1939:-

Amendments.

1. Under the heading 'Destination' the words "and other countries accepting the service" are added after the word "China".

2. The note at the end of Class H is deleted.

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, and of all other powers him enabling, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments to the regulations made under the said section and published as G.N. 656 in the Gazette of the 26th August, 1938, with effect from the 1st March, 1939 :-

Amendments.

1. In regulation 3 under the heading of Maximum weight the figure "4" is substituted for the figure "5" opposite the words "Letters for any destination”.

2. In regulation 15 “2 cents" is substituted for “l cent” in the first and third lines thereof.

3. In regulation 20 (6) the figure "25" is substituted for the figure "10".
