No. 95.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. BENJAMIN DAVIES EVANS, F.R.A.S., to act as Direetor, Royal Observatory, during the absence on leave of Mr. CHARLES WILLIAM JEFFRIES, F.R.A.S., or until further notice, with effect from 2nd February, 1939.
