ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION ().

It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under section 73 (1) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorized as a place to be used as an urn cemetery, to be known as New Kowloon Cametery No. 8, the piece of land containing about 100 acres, situated at Diamond Hill in New Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in, and which may be seen at, the office of the Public Works Department. in substitution for the piece of land. authorized to be used as an urn cemetery and notified in the Gazette of 4th November, 1938, as Government Notification 852, which is hereby cancelled.
