To the Owners of the Remaining Portion of Southern Portion of Praya Reclamation to the Remaining Portion of Marine Lot No. 58.

No. 84.–Take notice that the portion of Ko Shing Street, comprising 4,362 square feet and bounded by Nos. 9 to 25 Ko Shing Street on the North side and by Nos. 26 to 44 on the South side, being the area coloured pink on a plan deposited in the Land Office, is required for a public purpose and will be resumed on the expiration of one month from the date of the posting of this notice on the said land and that there- upon such compensation will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, as amended by the Crown Lands Resump- tion Amendment Ordinance, 1930, and further take notice that you are hereby called upon to nominate a member to serve on the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of such resumption and that in the event of your failing to nominate a member to serve on the Board within one week after the date of the expiration of this notice then the Chairman of the Board may nominate a member to serve on your behalf.
