ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1935. (BUILDINGS).

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased under section 167 (1) of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, by order to direct, and it is hereby ordered, that the provisions of section 122 of the said Ordinance shall apply to the New Territories.

No. 6.-His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Honourable Mr. ANDREW LUSK SHIELDS to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, vice Mr. MARCUS THEODORE JOHNSON, resigned, with effect from 18th October, 1938.

No. 7.-Non-Official Justices of the Peace who are expecting to be absent from the Colony for any considerable part of the current year are requested to notify the Chief Clerk, Colonial Secretary's Office, accordingly, and to furnish at the same time the dates of their intended departure and return.
