first and find dividend of $32 70 per cent. has been declared in the above matter.

OTICE is hereby given that the above mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, afore- said, on Monday, the 16th day of December, 1918, between the hours of 10 am, and 4 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must produce any bills of Exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the pre- scribed form.
