OTICE is hereby given that a Petition was on the 18th day of November, 1918, pre- sented to His Majesty's Supreme Court of Hong- kong by the above-named Company to confirm an alteration of the said Company's objects proposed to be effecter by a Special Resolution of the Company unanimously pa ed at an Ex- traordinary General Meeting of the said Com- pany held on the 28th day of September, 1918, and subsequently unanimously confirmed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Com- pany held on the 14th day of October, 1918, which Resolution runs as follows:---
That the Memorandum of Association be
amended or modified as follows, viz.:-
1. To carry on the business of Bankers in all its branches and to do all matters and things incidental thereto, or which may at any time thereafter, or at any place where the Company shall carry on the business, be usual in connection with the business of banking and dealing in money or securities for money.
