ARTHUR ERNEST SCOTT, heretofore called
and known by the name of ARTHUR ERNEST SCHULZ, Chartered Accountant of No. 3, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, and formerly of Toller Lane Manningham Bradford England, hereby give Public Notice that on the Nineteenth day of September, One thousand nine hundred and eighteen, I formally and abso- lutely renounced and relinquished and aban- doned the use of my said surname of SCHULZ and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of ARTHUR ERNEST Scort, instead of the said name of ARTHUR ERNEST SCHULZ AND I give farther Notice that by a Deed Poll, dated the Nineteenth day of September, One thousand nine hundred and eighteen, duly executed and attested and registered in the Land Office, at Victoria, Hongkong, and intended to be duly enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in England, I formally and absolutely renounced and aban- doned the said surname of SCHULZ and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the nante of ARTHUR Ernest Scort instead of the name of ARTHUR ERNEST SCHULZ and so as to be at all times thereafter called known and described by the name of ARTHUR ERNest Scott,
