NOTICE is hereby given that the under-NOTICE is hereby given that LaUNG WA KEEL) of No. 156, Queen's Road West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, the sole proprietor of the LBB FUNG (F) Firm, of Penang, in the Straits Settlements, Tobacconist, has on the 10th day of June, 1918, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz:-

applicants in respect of Tea in Class 42.
The five Trade Marks are to be associated with each other.
Representations of the Trade Marks are deposited in the office of the Registrar for inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that the HOLLAND-
CHINA TRADING COMPANY, of Victoria, in
the Colony of Hongkong, Importers & Exporters and General Merchants, have on the 16th day
of July, 1918, applied for the registration in
Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
行洋時好
in the name of the said LEE FUNG Firm, which claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of Chinese tobacco since September, 1916, in Class 45.
Facsimiles of the Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the office of the undersigned.

OTICE is hereby given that the Sur CHEUNG Firm of Victoria, in the Colony
of Hongkong, have on the 14th day of August, 1918, applied for the registration in Hongkong,
in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :
The trade mark consists of the World in two hemispheres with "Sui Cheung, Hongkong, China" on the top and Pure Hog's Lard" below, the whole mark being bordered by a combination of flowers
in the name of the SUI CHEUNG Firin, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applic- ant since 1916 in respect of the following goods : --
Lard, Grease and Tallow, in Class 42. A representation of the said Trade Mark is deposited for inspection at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.
