No. S. 225.--In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a Public Latrine to the East of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 1355 at the junction of Market Street and Coronation Road.
If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erec- tion, such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than the 27th September, 1918.

in the name of SENG Woo & COMPANY, of 92, Des Voeux Road West, Hongkong, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
A representation of the Trade Mark is de- posited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Cigarette Papers, in Class 32.
