The above mentioned Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants and its predecessors in respect of Photographic Plates, Photographic Films and all other Photographic Materials included in Class 1. since at least the year 1887, in Class 1; and the said Trade Mark No. 1 has also been used by the said Applicants and its predecessors in respect of Sensitized Paper for Photographic Purposes, since at least - the year 1887, in Class 39.
