NOTICE is hereby given that the HOLLAND-

CHINA TRADING COMPANY, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Importers and Ex- porters, and General Merchants, have on the 14th day of January, 1918, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

JOHNSON, STOKES & MASTER his Solicitors to apply to His Excellency the Governor in Council for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention. And Notice is hereby also given that a Sitting of the Executive Council before whom the matter of the Petition will come for decision will be held in the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 14th day of February, 1918, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
