SANITARY DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 5. In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, it is hereby notified that the Government" proposes to erect a Public Latrine at Staunton Street at the South-East corner of Queen's College.

If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erec- tion such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 25th day of January, 1918.

The latrine will be constructed on the water-carriage system.

No. S. 6.—In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a Public Latrine at Whitfield to the South of Inland Lot No. 1366 and East of Inland Lot No. 1061.

If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erection such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 25th day of January, 1918.
