ORDINANCE No 7 OF 1936. (QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION
OF DISEASE).
It is hereby declared by Order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council that Shanghai is a place where an infections or contagious disease, namely: smallpox, prevails. All passengers embarking at Shanghai must be in posses- sion of a vaccination certificate not less than 14 days old and such certificate must bear the photograph of the owner.

ENEMY ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1914.
By order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government dated the 21st day of December, 1940, a Winding Up Order has been made in respect of the business of the American Far Eastern Syndicate Incorporated carrying on business at Gloucester Building Hong Kong under section 10A (1) (b) of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, and Mr. David Scott Robb C.A. of Messrs. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews, Chartered Accountants, No. 7 Queen's Road Central. Hong Kong, has been appointed liquidator of the Company's affairs.
