ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1873.
(DANGEROUS GOODS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, as interpreted by section 40 (1) of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, the Governor in Council SUSPENDS until further notice Regulation 164 (4) of the Dangerous Goods Regulations, 1940, published as Government Notification No. 236 in the Gazette of the 1st March, 1940.

ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1926. (POST OFFICE).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, the Governor in Council makes the following further regulation to the regulations published as Government Notification 656 in the Gazette of the 26th August, 1938.
Amendment.
The following regulation is added after regulation 29 :-
30. The sender of a parcel or of a small packet referred to in these regulations addressed to a place outside the Colony must make a customs declaration stating the full address, the nature, value and the net weight of the contents.
