No. 1344.—It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has given permission for fireworks, not being unlawful fireworks, to be kindled, discharged or let off in a lawful manner within the Colony, between 11.45 pan. en the 31st December, 1910 and 12.15 a.m. ou the 1st January, 1941.

ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1914. (TRADING WITH THE ENEMY).

The Trading with the Enemy

(Specified Territories) (No. 3) Order, 1940.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 (1) (e) of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, as amended by regulation 2 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance. 1914, Amendment Regulations. 1940, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, His Excellency the Officer Administer- ing the Government, with the prior approval of the Secretary of State, hereby orders as follows:-

1. The provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, shall apply in relation to French Somaliland as they apply in relation to enemy territory.

2. This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Specified Territories) (No. 3) Order, 1940.
