ORDINANCE No. 9 of 1927. (PUBLIC REVENUE PROTECTION).
1, Lieutenant-General EDWARD FELIX NORTON, Com- panion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Companion of the Distinguished Service Order, upon whom has beeu conferred the Decoration of the Military Cross, Officer Administering the Government of the Colony and its dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same. in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Public Revenue Protection Ordinance. 1927. DO BY THIS ORDER AUTHORIZE the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, DURING THE PERIOD OF FOUR MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THIS ORDER, to refuse to allow the delivery of DUTIABLE LIQUORS for local use from ship side or ware- house on payment of duty in any cases where deliveries are demanded of amounts exceeding the deliveries which appear to the Superintendent to be reasonable deliveries in the circumstances.
