COLONIAL SECRETARY'S Department.

No. 1301.-In order that a complete list may be maintained for record purposes, it is requested that those ladies and gentlemen resident in Hong Kong, other than those now serving in His Majesty's Forces, who have had any decoration conferred upon them by Ilis Majesty the King, will inform the Chief Clerk, Colonial Secretariat. The year when the decoration was conferred and the full Christian names of the recipient should be stated, unless this has been already done, within 14 days from the date of this notification.

No. 1302.- In accordance with regulation 8 of the Regulations as to grant, forfei- ture, restoration and other matters concerning The Efficiency Medal in regard to the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, published as Notification No. 579 in the Gazette of 2nd August, 1935, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to authorize the following award :-

Efficiency Medal.

Order.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 37 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government hereby makes the following order :-

Anchorage is prohibited to all craft within the following portion of Taitam Wan in the Waters of the Colony :-

Commencing in position latitude 20° 12′ 06′′ North, longitude 114° 13′ 15′′ East, thence by a straight line to position Fatitude 22° 13′ 52′′ North, longitude 114° 13′ 36′′ East, thence along the northern and eastern shore of Taitam Wan to position latitude 22° 12′ 33′′ North, longitude 114° 14′ 26′′ East, thence by a straight line to the point of origin.
