ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899.
(MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council amends Table M in the Regulations made under the said Ordinance as appearing in the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) at page 339 as follows :

Amendment.
The following new Regulation is inserted after Regulation
16A. Except for the propose of going alongside and departing from Cemetery Jetty, no vessel shall enter or be within any part of the area at Aberdeen north of a line joining the southern extremity of Cemetery Jetty and a point on the sea wall approximately 100 feet south of Wu Pak Street marked by a chequered post.

ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES),
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the ferry named hereunder is excluded from the operation of that Ordinance so long as-
(1) no exclusive and conflicting licence is granted under the said Ordinance; and
(2) no junks are to be towed; and
(3) the ferry adheres to
Harbour Master; and
a schedule approved by the
(4) all directions given by the Harbour Master as to terminal and intermediate (if any places or ports of call are complied with; and
(5) only vessels licensed and approved for the purpose by the Harbour Master are employed; and
(6) the fares and charges at any time taken and made are approved by the Harbour Master.
Excluded Ferry.
The ferry of the China Coast Steamship Company Limited plying between Hong Kong and Sha U Chung.
