3. The Alien Enemies (Winding up) Ordinance, 1914, amended by the insertion immediately after section 26 thereof of the following section-

26A. The Governor may, on an application made by a Release of liquidator appointed under this Ordinance, after considering liquidator. the application and any objections which may be made by any person who appears to him to be interested, by order grant the liquidator a release, and an order of the Governor under this section shall discharge the liquidator from all liability in respect of any act done or default made by him in the exercise and performance of his powers and duties as liquidator; but any such order may be revoked by the Governor on proof that it was obtained by fraud or by suppression or concealment of any material fact.

The following amendments to the Official Secrets Acts, 1911 and 1920, which appear in the Schedule to the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, (S. R. & O., 1989, No. 927). are published for general information-

1. In paragraph (a) of section three of the Official Secrets Act, 1911. as amended by the Official Secrets Act. 1920, after the word naval there shall be inserted the word military".

2. The following amendments shall be made in section one of the Official Secrets Act, 1920–

(1) in paragraph (c) of sub-section (1), for the words or tampers with there shall be substituted the words. tampers with or destroys";

(2) for paragraph (e) of sub-section (1) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs-

(e) has in his possession or under his control any official die, seal or stamp, any impression of such a die, seal or stamp, or any official paper; or

(f) counterfeits any official die, seal or stamp, or has in his possession or under his control any counterfeited official die, seal or stamp. or anything so closely resembling an official die, seal or stamp as to be calculated to deccive, or any paper so closely resembling official paper as to be calculated to deceive"; and
