Crown if the applicant or his partners or employees or any of them commits any breach of or fails to perform and cbserve any or all of the provisions of the Asiatic Emigra- tion Ordinance, 1915, or of the Boarding-house Ordinance. 1917, or of any Ordinance amending the same or of any rules or regulations made under such Ordinances or any of them.

2. In rule 31, insert any Assistant Secretary for Chinese Affairs,” after "the Secretary for Chinese Affairs," in the second line.

These amendments shall be incorporated and printed in the edition of the Regulations of Hong Kong prepared under the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, No. 51 of 1936, and shall come into force on the date on which approval of the Third Volume of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) is notified by proclamation under section 9 of Ordinance No. 51 of 1936.
