No. 1021.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. RONALD RUSKIN TODD to act as Financial Secretary, with effect from the 16th September, 1940, until further notice.

No. 1022. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. EDMUND BRINSLEY TEESDALE to be Administrative Assistant, Sanitary Department, with effect from 9th September, 1940.

No. 1023-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint the following to be members of a Committee, to be known as the Evacuation Advisory Committee, to advise as to the exercise of the discretionary powers conferred under Regulations 4a, 4B, 40, made under Section 2 of Ordinance No. 5 of
1922.
The personnel of the Committee is as follows:-

No. 1024.
Order under section 75 (8) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance. 1935. Ordinance No. 15 of 1935, made by the Colonial Secretary, the 12th day of
September, 1910.
By virme of the power vested in me by Section 75 (8) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance of 1935, I do hereby order that 29 urns containing the remains of the clansmen of the Young Kong District named in Government Notification No. 246 of 1st March, 1940, which are situated m Sai Yu Shek Urn Cemetery, Kai Lung Wan East Urn Cemetery and Aplichau Urn Cemetery, be removed therefrom to the satisfaction of the Honourable the Director of Public Works and the Chairman, Urban Council, and that these remains be reinterred in the Young Kong Clansmen's AssO- ciation's cemetery at Cheung Chau to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South, and the Honourable the Secretary for Chinese Affairs.
