power in that behalf vested in me by section 75 (8) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, DO HEREBY ORDER AND DIRECT that the said graves be removed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works by the Sanitary Department and that the remains removed from such graves shall be re-interred or disposed of in such manner as the Secretary for Chinese Affairs in consultation with the Chairman. Urban Council, and the Board of Direc- tion of the Tung Wah Hospital shall think fit and that all reasonable expenses in connexion with such removal, re- interment and disposal shall be defrayed out of the publie revenue of the Colony.

No. 984. -Take notice that_Han Pui Loong Village Lot No. 4 is required for a public purpose and will be resumed on the expiration of one month from the date of the posting of this notice on the said land and that thereupon such compensation will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, as amended by the Crown Lands Resumption Amendment Ordinance, 1930, and further take notice that you are hereby called upon to nominate a member to serve on the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of such resumption, and that in the event of your failing to nominate a member to serve on the Board within one week after the date of the expiration of this notice then the Chairman of the Board may nominate a member to serve on your behalf.
