His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Com- pulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit RICHARD ÅLLAN TRENGOVE to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve. with effect from 23rd August, 1940.
