I, THE CONTROLLER OF TRADE, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, and with the consent of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, hereby prohibit the export and re-export, except by licence under my hand or under the hand of an officer of my department on my behalf, of all goods to the under-mentioned destinations.
Roumania, Bulgaria, Greece, Yugo-Slavia, Hungary, U.S.S.R. (Black Sea ports), Turkey, Finland, Sweden, the Baltic states, Switzerland, Spain, and Spanish dependencies including the Spanish zone of Morocco, Portugal and Portu- guese Atlantic Islands and Tangier.
Applications for licences must specify in as great detail as possible the route by which the goods concerned will reach their destination.
