The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, Ordinance No. 7 of 1936, section 18.

It is hereby declared by Order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Bangkok is a place where an infectious or contagious disease, namely smallpox, prevails.
