ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (DUTIABLE COMMODITIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, and the regulations thereunder, I hereby make the following appointments and give the following directions---

ROUTES APPOINTED BY THE SUPERINTENDENT FOR THE IMPORT

AND EXPORT OF GOODS, AND PORTS AND PLACES TO

AND FROM WHICH GOODS MAY BE IMPORTED

AND EXPORTED,

Route in all cases the most direct route; and in the case of import or export by road, only the motor road from Sheung Shui direct to the northern boundary of the Colony.

Ports and places to and from which goods may be im- ported and exported-

(1) by sea-

(a) hydrocarbon oils--

(i) any wharf at any general bonded or licensed ware- house for hydrocarbon oils;

(ii) any dangerous goods anchorage specified in Table M of the regulations under the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899;

(b) other goods -

(i) any wharf at any general bonded or licensed ware- house for the storage of goods of that kind;

(ii) any wharf or anchorage in the harbour of Victoria, in the case of vessels of not less than 300 tons net register;

(iii) the Victoria junk anchorage specified in Table S of the regulations under the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, in the case of vessels licensed by the Superintendent;

Shui.

(2) by air-Kai Tak Airport;

(3) by rail-Kowloon Railway Station;

(4) by road--the Imports and Exports Office, Sheung
