Seizure.
20. Every revcute officer who with or without a Procedine
warrant arrests any person or seizes any goods under this Ordinance shall forthwith arrest or take the person and the goods, or if that is not practicable, a sample or a descrip- tion of the goods, to a police station, or first to the office of the Superintendent for directions and then to a police station, to be brought before a magistrate and dealt with according to law.
30. If any person wilfully-

(1) delays or obstructs

(2) fails to comply with the requisition of a revenue officer in pursuance of this Ordinance; or
(3) fails to produce any licence, permit. book or document which he is required by or in pursuance of this Ordinance to produce; or
(4) breaks or destroys anything to pre- vent its seizure by a revenue officer; or
(5) rescues, breaks or destroys anything seized by a revenue officer, to prevent his retaining the custody thereof,
he shall be deemed to obstruct such officer in the execution of his duties, and to be guilty of an offence, under this Ordinance.

2) No Person shall without lawful
authority or excuse have in his possession. with intent that it may be used again, any such label, wrapper or mark which has been removed from any container.
(8) No person shall without lawful authority or excuse have in his possession any label. wrapper or mark so resembling any such label, wrapper or mark as to constitute a colourable imitation thereof. or shall have in his possession any die. block or type apparently intended for the production of any such label, wrapper or
mark.
