1931, in the first and second lines are repealed and such rates as the Legislative sub- Council may by resolution prescribe stituted for the rates set forth in the First Schedule in the last two lines.
(3) Section 6-the figure (1)" in the first
line is repealed.
(4) Section 7-the figure
-(1) in the first line, the words as to entertainments duty in the third and fourth lines, and sub-sections (2) and (3), are repealed.
(5) Section 10, sub-section (3)—the words "Any person who are substituted for "If any person" in the first line, and "he" immed- iately before "shall" in the third line is repealed.
(1) Section 3-
(i) sub-section (1)—the words and figures "by section 18 of this Ordinance," in the second and third lines are repealed, and "that" is substituted for "the first named” in the fourth line;
(ii) sub-section (2)---

(3) Section 7-the words and figures 12th day of December. 1930,' are substituted for "coming into operation of this Ordinance' in the penultimate line of sub-section (2), in the second and the seventh lines of sub- section (3) and in the fifth line of sub- section (4), and "that date" is substituted for the coming into operation of this Ordinance in the ninth and tenth lines of sub-section (3).
(4) Section 8, as amended by Ordinance No. 6 of 1935: sub-section (1)—the word "has" is substituted for shall in the fourth and the sixth lines and for shall have in the tenth and the last lines. is is substituted for “shall be" in the eleventh line, and have is repealed in the fourth
and the seventh lines.
(5) Section 9, sub-section (5)--the words new
