The Ordinance is repealed.
(1) Section 3, sub-section (2) the words Accountant-General" are substituted for "Treasurer" in the first line.
(2) Section 4, sub-sections (2) and (3)--the word "fines" is substituted for "penalties" in the second lines.
(1) Section 3-the figure (1)" in the first line, paragraph (f), the words "by the Governor in Council" in paragraph (g), and sub-section (2), are repealed, and Paragraph (g) is renumbered as (f).
(2) Section 4-the figure "-(1)" in the first line, the letter "(a)" in the second line, the word "and" in the fourth line, para- graph (b), and sub-section (2), repealed.
(3) Section 6, sub-section (2) the words "contained in the Schedule or of any regulation in the second and third lines are repealed.
(1) Section 7. sub-section (3)—the words "such one of the judges as umpire as the Chief Justice shall arrange"
are sub- stituted for "the Puisne Judge as umpire" in the second line.
(2) Section 11, sub-section (3)--the words "or diversion" are inserted immediately after "narrowing" in the third line.
Section 3 as amended by Ordinance No. 13 of 1924-the word "his" is substituted for shall have" in the sixth and the seventh lines of sub-section (1) and the third line of sub-section (2).
