Note. This form must be completed in triplicate. If it relates to ships stores it must be accompanied by a declaration in Form No. 27 by the master or purser. If drawback is to be claimed the application must be accompanied by a declaration in Form No. 28.
Unless the goods are duty-paid goods on which no drawback is to be claimed, two copies of this form must be produced to the revenue officer who examines the goods before export, and one of these, signed by him, must be produced to the person in charge of the ship or aircraft on which the goods are exported, or if exported on a train or vehicle, to a European revenue officer, or if sent by post, to an officer of the Post Office, and returned indorsed with the signature of such person or officer to the office of the Superintendent.
If this permit cannot be used, it must be returned at once to the office of the Superintendent.
