Order.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 36 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, the Officer Administering the Government, deeming it necessary in the interests of defence or public safety so to do, hereby orders the stopping up of the following highway-

The portion of public roadway on the north-west arm of Yaumati Typhoon Refuge, Kowloon, south of Kowloon Marine Lot No. 32 and west of Tai Kok Tsui Road at its junction with the extreme western end of Argyle Street.
