Meetings of Board and Inquiries.

3. The procedure to be followed at meetings of the Board shall be in accordance with standing orders made pursuant to a resolution or resolutions of the Board.

4. The procedure to be adopted at inquiries before the Board shall be in accordance with Standing Orders to be made pursuant to a resolution or resolutions of the Board.

Duties of Registrar.

5. The duties of the Registrar shall in addition to those prescribed by the Ordinance be such others as the Board may by resolution or resolutions appoint.

Forms .

6. The register shall be as nearly as may be according to form No. 1 in the appendix.

The certificate of admission to the register issued by the Board pursuant to Section 9 of the Ordinance shall be as nearly as may be according to form No. 2 in the appendix.

The annual practising certificate issued by the Registrar pursuant to Section 11 of the Ordinance shall be as nearly as may be according to form No. 3 in the appendix.

Fees.

7. The fee payable to the Registrar on an application for first admission to the register pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Ordinance shall be $25. This fee shall not be returnable if the application is not granted.

8. The annual fee payable for retention of a name on the register pursuant to Section 11 of the Ordinance shall be the stamp duty of $50 payable in accordance with the provisions of Head 13 of the Schedule to the Stamp Ordinance, 1921.

9. The additional fee payable to the Registrar on an application for re-admission to the register pursuant to Section 11 Sub-section 5 of the Ordinance shall be $25 which shall not be returnable if re-admission is not granted.

10. Every application for admission to the register pur- suant to Section 3 of the Ordinance by persons claiming to be entitled to registration under Section 7 (4) thereof shall be made to the Registrar in the form No. 4 in the appendix hereto which is obtainable from the Registrar; such application
