No. 682.-Ilis Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Captain SYDNEY HARRY BATTY-SMITH, The Loyal Regiment (North Lancashire), Regular Army Reserve of Officers, to be his Aide-de-Camp, with effect from this date.

No. 683. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has approved the relinquishment of the appointment of Mr. BRIAN CECIL FAY, Police Cadet, as his Aide-de-Camp, with effect from 18th June, 1940.

No. 684.-It is hereby notified that Mr. KATSUO OKAZAKI, Consul-General for Japan at Hong Kong resumed charge of the Consulate-General for Japan on 18th June, 1940.

No. 685.-lis Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to recognize Mr. KATSUO OKAZAKI, Japanese Consul-General at Hong Kong, as being in charge of Italian interests in the Colony.
