ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1934. (CREMATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Cremation Ordinance, 1934, the Governor in Council makes the undermentioned amendments to the Cremation Regula- tions. Part I, published as Government Notification No. 41 in the Government Gazette of 18th January, 1935.

Amendments.

1. Substitute a semi-colon for the full stop at the end of

2. The following regulation is added after regulation 8 (3):-

(4) in the case of a still-born child, a written certificate or declaration under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 18 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1934, to the effect that the child was not born alive shall have been given by a person authorized to give such certificate or required to make such declaration.
