ORDINANCE No. 58 of 1989. (ESSENTIAL

COMMODITIES RESERVES).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Reserves Ordinance. 1939, the Governor in Council amends the Essential Commodities Reserves Regulations published as Government Notification. No. 1033 in the Gazette No. 74 of the 10th November, 1939, as follows:

Amendments.

1. Regulation 5 (b) is revoked and the following para- graph is substituted therefor :-

(b) all new permits shall expire on the 31st May. 1941. unless previously cancelled by the Controller or by a magis-

trate.

2. Form No. 1 in the Schedule to the Regulations is amended by substituting a blank space for the word "six in paragraph 55 (d).

3. Form No. 2 in the Schedule to the Regulations is amended by substituting a blank space for the word "six " in the paragraph preceding the conditions. •
