IN THE MATTER OF SECTION 4 OF THE UNCLAIMED BALANCES

ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.

No. 667. It is hereby notified that on the 8th day of June, 1940, the under- mentioned order was made by the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordi-

nance.

UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.

Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance, it is hereby ordered by the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong that the undermentioned un- claimed balance of an intestate estate which has been in the hands of the Official Administrator for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the general revenue of the Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
