His Excellency the Officer Administering the Govern- ment has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance 1939, to permit WILLIAM EDWARD RICKWoop to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 19th June, 1940,
