No. 650-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint under section 3 (9) of Ordinance No. 7 of 1935, Mr. TANG SHIC-KIN, M.B.E., to be a Member of the Urban Council for a further term of three years, with effect from 15th June, 1940.

No. 652.-It is hereby notified that, under section 19 of the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, No. 1 of 1932, the Commissioner of Police has appointed the Refugee Camp at Pat Heung near Kam Tin Village in the New Territories as a place of detention for the purpose of the said Ordinance.
