ORDINANCE No, 10 of 1912.
(VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
REGULATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, the Governor in Council hereby amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance appearing on pages 723 to SU3 of Volume II of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) as follows:
Amendments.
1. Regulation 56 is rescinded and the following is substituted therefor :-
56.—(1) An applicant for the issue of a licence to drive a motor vehicle shall undergo such tests of his practical and physical fitness to drive as may be prescribed by the Commissioner of Police.
(2) An applicant for the issue or renewal of a licence to drive a motor vehicle shall, if so required by the Commissioner of Police, supply two copies of a suitable passport-size photo- graph of himself to the Commissioner of Police.
2. Regulation 57 is amended by the insertion of the words "the issue of " after the words
in the first line thereof,
